Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - The Banjarbaru Police Chief AKBP Harun Yuni Aprin said no radicalism is growing and developing in the city.
"So far there is no radicalism in Banjarbaru. But we keep on trying to prevent it through tasks and the police technical," he said in Banjarbaru on Monday.
The chief was answering questions from journalists on the sidelines socialization of insight increase in conflict handling and the signing of the MoU handling of radicalism.
According to him, though radicalism has not been detected, but people should be aware for not to be easily affected by the negative movement.
He also advised all stakeholders and the communities to move quickly if in the neighborhood knew the emergence of radicalism.
Acting Banjarbaru Regional Secretary Said Abdullah said, radicalism addressed through communication and friendship in order not to appear and grow.
